ELMO国際行政書士事務所（以下「当事務所」といいます。）は、当事務所が運営するウェブサイト、ELMO AIその他のサービスにおける個人情報等の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

ELMO AIの利用に伴い取得する情報

・利用者がELMO AIに入力した相談内容
・ELMO AIとの会話内容
・AIが生成した回答、案件分類、相談内容の整理結果等

ELMO AIでは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、マイナンバー、相手方の個人情報、企業秘密その他の個人情報・機密情報を入力しないようお願いしています。

なお、ELMO AIの会話ログとして、IPアドレスや端末情報を保存する目的の処理は行っていません。ただし、ウェブサイトや外部サービスの運用上、アクセス情報等が各サービス提供事業者により処理される場合があります。

We may collect the following information to the extent necessary to provide our services.

Information collected when using ELMO AI

・Information entered into ELMO AI
・Conversation history with ELMO AI
・AI-generated responses, case classifications, summaries, and related information

Please do not enter names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, My Number information, personal information about other persons, trade secrets, or other personal or confidential information into ELMO AI.

We do not intentionally store IP addresses or device information as part of ELMO AI conversation logs. However, access-related information may be processed by website infrastructure providers or other third-party service providers in the course of operating the service.

・お問い合わせへの回答
・ご相談内容の確認、整理および対応可否の判断
・行政書士業務の受任、契約、業務遂行および連絡
・見積りその他の案内
・ELMO AIの提供および運営
・ELMO AIの回答内容、品質および安全性の確認
・不正利用その他サービスの適正な運営に必要な対応
・サービスに関するトラブルへの対応
・法令上必要な対応
・上記各目的に付随する業務

・Responding to inquiries
・Reviewing and organizing inquiries and determining whether we can assist
・Accepting engagements, entering into agreements, performing administrative scrivener services, and communicating with clients
・Providing quotations and related information
・Providing and operating ELMO AI
・Reviewing the content, quality, and safety of ELMO AI responses
・Preventing misuse and maintaining proper service operation

3. ELMO AIにおける情報の取扱い

3. Handling of Information in ELMO AI

ELMO AIは、利用者の相談内容を整理し、確認すべき事項や適切な相談先等を案内するためのサービスです。

利用者が入力した内容は、AIによる回答生成のため、外部のAIサービスに送信されます。

また、当事務所は、サービスの運営、回答内容の確認、お問い合わせ対応等のため、ELMO AIの会話内容を原則として30日間保存し、当事務所の管理者が確認する場合があります。

ELMO AIの会話内容は、行政書士への正式な依頼または問い合わせを行ったことを意味するものではありません。

ELMO AIから正式な問い合わせへ進む場合には、利用者自身が内容を確認したうえで、問い合わせフォームから送信してください。

ELMO AI is designed to help organize your inquiry, identify points that may require further confirmation, and guide you toward an appropriate next step or professional.

Information entered into ELMO AI is transmitted to an external AI service for the purpose of generating responses.

For service operation, quality review, and inquiry support, ELMO may retain ELMO AI conversation logs for approximately 30 days and authorized ELMO personnel may review those conversations.

Using ELMO AI does not, by itself, constitute a formal inquiry, engagement, or professional relationship with an administrative scrivener.

If you proceed from ELMO AI to a formal inquiry, please review the information yourself before submitting it through the inquiry form.

4. 外部サービスの利用

当事務所は、ウェブサイトおよびサービスの提供にあたり、以下を含む外部サービスを利用しています。

・Wix
・Cloudflare
・OpenAIが提供するAIサービス・API
・その他, 当事務所がサービス提供に必要と判断した事業者

これらのサービスを利用するため、取得した情報の一部が外部事業者のシステム上で処理される場合があります。

外部事業者が外国に所在する場合、または外国において情報が取り扱われる場合については、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令に従い、必要な対応を行います。

We use third-party services in connection with the operation of our website and services, including:

・Wix
・Cloudflare
・AI services and APIs provided by OpenAI
・Other service providers that we consider necessary for providing our services

As a result, some information may be processed on systems operated by these third-party service providers.

Where information is handled by service providers located outside Japan or processed in another country, we will take appropriate measures as required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

なお、業務遂行に必要な範囲で外部事業者に個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合があります。

We may also entrust the handling of personal information to service providers to the extent necessary for our operations.

6. 安全管理

当事務所は、取得した情報について、漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセスその他のリスクを防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

また、個人情報の取扱いを外部事業者に委託する場合には、必要に応じて適切な委託先の選定および監督を行います。

We take reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, alteration, or other improper handling of collected information.

Where personal information is handled by an external service provider, we will take appropriate steps regarding the selection and supervision of that provider as necessary.

7. 保存期間

当事務所は、取得した情報を、利用目的の達成に必要な期間および法令上必要な期間保存します。

ELMO AIの会話ログについては、原則として30日間保存した後、削除します。

ただし、正式な問い合わせとして利用者自身が送信した情報については、その後の相談・業務対応その他必要な範囲で別途保存する場合があります。

We retain collected information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

ELMO AI conversation logs are generally retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Information that you separately submit as a formal inquiry may be retained for a longer period where necessary for consultation, service provision, record keeping, or other legitimate business purposes.

当サイトでは、ウェブサイトの提供、動作確認、セキュリティ、アクセス状況の把握等のため、Cookieその他これに類する技術が利用される場合があります。

利用者は、ブラウザの設定によりCookieの利用を制限または拒否できる場合があります。ただし、その場合、一部の機能が正常に利用できなくなることがあります。
