Office Overview
ELMO国際行政書士事務所は、契約書類の作成・確認、内容証明、許認可・行政手続などを取り扱う行政書士事務所です。
学生を含め、個人の方でも依頼しやすいリーズナブルな料金設定を意識し、AIやデジタル技術も活用しながら、分かりやすく効率的なサポートを提供しています。
また、正式なお問い合わせの前に相談内容を整理できるAI相談アシスタント「ELMO AI」を提供しています。
ELMO AIでは、相談分野の整理、確認すべき事項の把握、次のステップの確認をサポートします。
ELMO International Administrative Scrivener Office provides support for contracts and other legal documents, certified mail and notice letters, permits, licenses, and administrative procedures. We aim to keep our services reasonably priced and accessible to individuals, including students, while using AI and other digital technologies to provide clear and efficient support.
We also provide ELMO AI, an AI consultation assistant that helps users organize their inquiries before making a formal inquiry, identify points that may require further confirmation, and understand the next steps.

Professional Experience
陸上自衛隊と防衛省情報本部で幹部自衛官として勤務し、東日本大震災における災害派遣を経験。現在は予備自衛官。
その後、東京都内の市役所で防災・危機管理業務に従事し、東京オリンピック・パラリンピック競技大会組織委員会ではチケッティング関連の財務・契約実務を担当しました。無観客開催に伴う返金対応や、OFAC規制を踏まえた海外送金対応にも従事しています。
現在は大学職員として、施設整備、契約管理、修繕計画、外部業者との調整等を担当しています。
I previously served as an officer in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF), where I took part in disaster relief operations following the Great East Japan Earthquake. I currently serve as a JGSDF reserve officer with the rank of Major.
I later worked in disaster prevention and crisis management for a municipal government in Tokyo, followed by a role at the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. There, I was involved in ticketing-related finance and contract matters, including refunds for events held without spectators and overseas remittances subject to OFAC regulations.
I currently work in university administration, where my responsibilities include facility development, contract management, repair planning, and coordination with external contractors.
